妇女教育是抗战时期中国共产党进行社会教育和民众动员的重要组成部分。山东抗日根据地建立伊始即把妇女教育作为重点工作之一，通过采用识字班、女冬学、夜校、纪念会、兴办妇女团体、创办期刊和创造戏剧歌曲等多种形式，对广大妇女进行文化知识、思想政治和生产技术等多方面教育，形成了广泛性、革命性、实用性和针对性等特点，促进了妇女群体的思想解放，为抗战的最终胜利起到了一定的推动作用。
Women's Education in Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area and Its Impact

Abstract:
Women's education is an important part of the Chinese Communist Party's social education and public mobilization during the Anti-Japanese War. Since the establishment of the Shandong Anti-Japanese Base, women's education has been taken as one of the key tasks. Through the use of literacy classes, female winter schools, night schools, commemorative meetings, the establishment of women's groups, the creation of periodicals and drama songs, cultural knowledge, ideological politics and production technology and other aspects of education were given to women, it has formed characteristics concerning wide range, revolutionary, practical and targeted, which promoted the ideological emancipation of women's groups and played a certain role in promoting the final victory of the war.
