校企合作就业招聘一体化平台的构建路径

网络就业平台已成为当前大学生就业与用人单位招聘的主要渠道。针对当前求职与招聘的现状，供需双方在双向选择上还不能有效对接。校企合作就业招聘一体化平台的构建，则能为双方提供高效便捷精准的服务。全方位考核毕业生综合素质、满足"私人订制"功能、保护信息安全是平台构建的创新特色。
Construction path of Integrated Platform for School-enterprise Cooperative Employment and Recruitment

Abstract:
The online employment platform has become the main channel for the employment of college students and the recruitment of employers. in view of the current situation of job search and recruitment, the two sides of supply and demand have not been able to effectively dock in two-way selection. The construction of an integrated platform for schoolenterprise cooperative employment and recruitment can provide efficient, convenient, and accurate services for both parties. Comprehensive evaluation of graduates' comprehensive quality, meeting the function of "private customization", and protecting information security are the innovative features of platform construction.
