河北省生态城镇化发展水平、问题及对策探微——基于熵值法和生态城镇化评价指标的实证分析

摘要：
新型城镇化发展是国家发展战略之一，其目标是要达到经济、政治、文化、社会与生态文明建设的融合，以形成可持续发展战略。因此城镇化建设一定要重视生态可持续性，重视社会与人的和谐发展，重视生态环境。在实现这一目标的过程中，难免出现各方面的利益博弈。尤其是城镇化建设与生态可持续发展之间的关系需要找到平衡点，有效解决二者矛盾，促进二者协调发展，生态城镇化便应运而生。利用《中国统计年鉴》《河北经济年鉴》2006-2015年的数据，根据生态城镇化评价指标对河北省近年来的城镇化生态发展水平进行评价，客观了解生态城镇化发展的现状及问题，从而可以找到有效促进社会整体可持续发展的新型城镇化发展路径。
Research on the Development Level, Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Urbanization in Hebei Province——An Empirical Analysis Based on Entropy Method and Ecological Urbanization Evaluation Index

Abstract:
The development of new urbanization is one of the national development strategies. its goal is to achieve the integration of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization construction to form a sustainable development strategy. Therefore, urbanization must pay attention to ecological sustainability, attach importance to the harmonious development of society and people, and attach importance to the ecological environment. in the process of achieving this goal, it is difficult to avoid all kinds of interest games. in particular, the relationship between urbanization construction and ecological sustainable development needs to find a balance point, to effectively resolve the contradiction between the two, and to promote the coordinated development of the two, thus the ecological urbanization consequentially comes into being. Using the data of China Statistical Yearbook and Hebei Economic Yearbook for 2006-2015, the study objectively evaluates the urbanization ecological development level of Hebei Province in recent years according to the evaluation index of ecological urbanization to understand the status quo and problems of ecological urbanization development, thereby to find a new urbanization development path that can effectively promote the sustainable development of society as a whole.
