河北省人才流失问题的原因及对策研究

摘要：
实现经济上的快速发展，人才是关键因素。当前，河北省人才流失问题严峻，主要受经济发展水平、人才引进及管理机制、配套设施等因素影响。河北省可以从京津冀协同发展与雄安新区新机遇两手抓、完善人才引进机制与市场体系、更新优化用人单位人才管理机制、完善软硬件设施等方面推进人才流失问题的解决。
Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of the Brain Drain in Hebei Province

Abstract:
Talent is a key factor in achieving rapid economic development. At present, the problem of brain drain in Hebei Province is severe, which is mainly affected by factors such as economic development level, talent introduction and management mechanism, and supporting facilities. The problem of brain drain can be resolved by grasping both the synergy between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the new opportunities in Xiong'an New District, improving the talent introduction mechanism and the market system, updating and optimizing the personnel management mechanism of the employer, and improving the software and hardware facilities.
