开放大学英语教师教学能力提升策略——基于1+X证书制度的视角

摘要：
英语教师是国家开放大学中的专业群体，他们在推动英语学科发展和专业人才培养方面发挥着重要作用。1+X证书制度从教学能力发展的导向、教学能力的运用、教学能力的更新、教学质量的评价反馈等方面对国家开放大学英语教师能力提出了新要求。为此，需要以经济发展对社会成员英语能力要求的变化等为导向，提升根据职业能力证书标准开发课程标准的能力，根据学生个性化能力设计定制化课程和精准评价的能力，快速更新和动态调整教学理念和技术手段的能力，实施全面课程教学质量评价的能力。
Strategies for Improving the Teaching Ability of English Teachers in the Open University——Based on the 1+X Certificate System

Abstract:
English teachers are the professional group in the Open University of China, which plays an important role in promoting the development of English subjects and the training of professional talents. From the guidance of teaching ability development, the application of teaching ability, the renewal of teaching ability and the evaluation and feedback of teaching quality, the certificate system of 1+X has put forward new requirements for the ability of English teachers in the Open University of China. Therefore, it is necessary to take economic development to the English proficiency requirements of social members, improve their abilities as to develop curriculum standards according to the professional ability certificate standard, to design customized courses and accurate evaluation according to the students' individual ability, to quickly update and dynamically adjust the teaching concepts and technical means, and to implement comprehensive curriculum teaching quality evaluation.
