河北新型职业农民培育途径探析

摘要：
随着农村"空心村"的出现，大量的农田荒芜、宅基地闲置，农村资源不能得到有效的整合和利用，随之引发的粮食安全、农村养老及留守儿童问题日益严重，这一系列问题迫切需要研究解决，而解决这些问题需要大量的人才作支撑，需要他们的努力来推动农村一二三产业的发展，从而实现乡村振兴，所以培养新型职业农民显得尤为重要。

Abstract:
With the emergence of "hollow villages" in rural areas, a large number of farmland is deserted and homesteads are idle. Rural resources cannot be effectively integrated and utilized. The resulting problems of food security, rural providing for the aged and left-behind children are increasingly serious. To solve these problems requires a large number of talents. It is particularly important to cultivate new types of professional farmers by whose efforts to promote the development of the first, second and third industries in rural areas to achieve rural revitalization.
