摘要：
深化教学改革是新时代历史阶段的重大课题，高校立德树人的根本职能要求思想政治教育必须以学生为中心，满足学生成长成才需要和社会发展需求。营销哲学以人为本的理念和高校思想政治教育的教学理念是一致的，按照市场营销过程对思想政治教育系统内的相关要素进行分解和重构，创新思想政治教育的工作方法和教学手段，有利于构建新时代思想政治教育教学新形态。
Research on 6P Elements of Ideological and Political Education Based on the Concept of Marketing Philosophy

Abstract:
Deepening the reform of teaching is a major issue in the historical stage of the new era. The fundamental function of enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities requires that ideological and political education must be student-centered and meet the needs of students for growth and social development. The concept of peopleoriented marketing philosophy is consistent with the teaching philosophy of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Decomposing and reconstructing related elements in the ideological and political education system based on the marketing process and innovating the working methods and teaching methods of ideological and political education are conducive to the construction of new form of teaching ideological and political education in the new era.
