沧州市公共文化服务体系建设正处于关键期，在基础设施建设、公共文化服务产品供给、队伍建设等方面都有所成效，但在资源整合、运行机制和服务创新等方面还有较大差距。社区是城市公共文化服务的基本组成单位，通过社区教育指导中心等部门合理配置基层公共文化服务资源，充实公共文化服务产品供给，满足居民基本的精神需要，在社区内形成一种良好的文化环境，推动整个城市公共文化服务体系建设深入发展。
Discussion on the Construction of Public Cultural Service System in Cangzhou City——Analysis of the Boosting Function of Community Education

Abstract:
The construction of public cultural service system in Chenzhou City is in a critical period. It has achieved results in infrastructure construction, public cultural service product supply and team building. But there is still a big gap in resource integration, operational mechanism and service innovation. The community is the basic component of urban public cultural services. Through the community education guidance center and other departments, it shold rationally allocate grassroots public cultural service resources, enrich the supply of public cultural service products, meet the basic spiritual needs of residents, and form a good cultural environmet in the community, thus to promote the in-depth development of the entire city's public cultural service system.
