基于“互联网+”思维审视雄安新区建设策略

摘要：
“互联网+”是创新2.0下的互联网发展的新业态，是知识社会创新2.0推动下的互联网形态演进及其催生的经济社会发展新形态。雄安新区的规划重点任务与“互联网+”的内涵有着高度切合点，结合中央关于雄安新区建设的重大战略内涵，挖掘二者内在联系，努力构建以优化整合资源为目标的平台型样板城市，以大数据思维为导向的智慧型新兴城市，以绿色健康为主题的生态型集合城市，以成果转化为突破的科技型创新城市，以经济共享为理念的开放型多元城市，不断深化“互联网+”思维与雄安新区建设的深度融合。
Examining the Construction Strategy of Xiong'an New Area Based on “Internet +” Thinking

Abstract:
The construction and planning of Xiong'an New Area is at a new historical starting point. It shoulders all the unprecedented historical missions such as experimental fields for urbanization construction and reform, driving innovation for industrial upgrading and transformation, and smart city with green and livable ecology. It is well known that "Internet +" is a new format of Internet development under innovation 2. 0. It is a new form of Internet evolution under the impetus of knowledge society innovation 2. 0 and its economic and social development. The key planning tasks of Xiong'an New Area have a high degree of relevance to the connotation of "Internet +". In combination with the major strategic connotation of the Central Government on the construction of Xiong'an New Area, we will explore the internal links between the two and strive to build a platform-type model city with the goal of optimizing and integrating resources, a smart emerging city oriented by big data thinking, an eco-collecting city with green health as its theme, a technologically innovative city with breakthroughs in achievements, and an open multi-city with the concept of economic sharing, and continuously deepen the integration of "Internet +" thinking and the construction of Xiong'an New Area.
