近现代建筑属于历史文化遗产的范畴，雄安新区的近现代建筑有三种类型。雄安新区近现代建筑的旅游开发是雄安新区规划建设的一项重要内容，是延续雄安新区历史文脉的必要途径。因此，要做好雄安新区近现代建筑旅游开发价值的评估工作。

Abstract:
Modern architecture belongs to the category of historical and cultural heritage. There are three types of modern architecture in Xiong'an New Area. The tourism development of modern architecture in Xiong'an New Area is an important part of the planning and construction of Xiong'an New Area and a necessary way to continue the historical context of Xiong'an New Area. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the evaluation of the tourism development value of modern architecture in Xiong'an New Area.
