面向终身培训的开放大学培养模式改革研究

摘要:
服务终身职业技能培训背景下改革开放大学人才培养模式,是开放大学持续健康发展的核心内容,在高等教育大众化以及终身教育体系完善进程中起着不可替代的作用。职业技能培训、劳动精神培养和1+X证书制度改革都需要人才培养模式的改革,需要采取措施迎接新的机遇和挑战,面向重点产业和区域开发培训资源,推动人才培养模式内涵不断拓展;将劳动精神贯穿人才培养全过程,推动全社会形成诚实劳动、热爱劳动、光荣劳动的良好氛围;加快职业资格标准和要求的研究,面向重点群体,改造和开发教育与培训资源;提高教师素养,打造业务能力精湛、政治素质过硬、育人水平高超的教师队伍。

Research on the Reform of Open University Training Model for Lifelong Training

Abstract:
Under the background of serving lifelong vocational skills training, reforming talent cultivation mode is the core content of sustainable and healthy development of the open university, which plays an irreplaceable role in the popularization of higher education and the improvement of lifelong education system. Vocational skills training, the cultivation of labor spirit and the reform of the 1 +X certificate system all require the reform of talent training mode. Measures should be taken to meet new opportunities and challenges, develop training resources for key industries and regions, and constantly expand the connotation of talent training mode, integrate the spirit of labor into the whole process of talent training and foster a good atmosphere of honest, loving and glorious labor in the whole society. It should also accelerate the research on vocational qualification standards and requirements, target key groups, transform and develop education and training resources, improve the quality of teachers, and build a team of teachers with exquisite professional ability, excellent political quality and excellent education level.
