“互联网+”背景下成人高等教育创新对策研究

摘要：
2015年3月，国务院正式提出制定“互联网+”行动计划，要求推动移动互联网、云计算、大数据等与现代产业结合，促进产业健康发展。教育部2018年提出的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》指明了发展目标，其中一项重要内容就是到2022年建成“互联网+教育”大平台。在这样的背景下，我国成人高等教育的发展变革面临着重要的机遇和挑战，传统的教育、教学和管理模式、手段需要结合新的时代发展、学情变化、技术更新进行大胆的创新和探索。互联网时代共享、互联、移动、平台、跨界等思维应积极地应用于成人高等教育的创新摸索中，发展出“互联网+”时代下的成人高等教育新模式。
Research on the Innovative Countermeasures of Adult Higher Education under the Background of “Internet +”

Abstract:
In March 2015, the State Council formally put forward the "Internet +" action plan, calling for the integration of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and modern industries to promote the healthy development of the industry. Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan put forward by the Ministry of Education in 2018 points out the development goals. One of the important contents is to build the "Internet + education" platform by 2022. Under such a background, the development and reform of adult higher education in China is faced with important opportunities and challenges. Traditional education, teaching and management modes and means need to be boldly innovated and explored in light of new era development, academic changes and technological renewal. In the Internet era, sharing, interconnection, mobility, platform, and cross-border thinking should be actively applied in the innovation exploration of adult higher education, and develop a new mode of adult higher education in the era of "Internet +".
