摘要：
思政课程在高等教育的课程体系中担负着思想教育主渠道的功能，其教学效果关系着能否“立德树人”，并对学习者思想政治意识和正确观念的塑造起着重要作用。作为普通教育补充形式的成人教育，目前承担着学历提升的主要任务，对于这些学习者而言，成人教育起着提升其政治意识、实现价值引领和精神塑造的功能。
A Probe into the Reform of Ideological and Political Courses in Adult Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Era——Taking Hebei Radio and TV University as an Example

Abstract:
The ideological and political course plays the main role of ideological education channel in the curriculum system of higher education. Its teaching effect is related to whether it can "build morality and cultivate people". It plays an important role in shaping the ideological and political awareness and correct concepts of learners. Adult education, as a supplementary form of general education, mainly undertakes the main task of improving academic qualifications. For adult learners, it should enhance their political consciousness and realize the function of value guidance and spiritual shaping.
