摘要：
农村文化建设人才是推动新时代乡村振兴的骨干力量，主要包括领导型、经营型、宣教型、科技型、人文型、法治型等人才。这些人才能够在农村文化的传承中组织起农村文化事业和文化产业的兴盛，从而引领整个农村社会健康文明发展。在农村文化建设人才的培养中，应遵循科学思想的指导，在挖掘人才、培养人才、扶持人才、使用人才等方面打造有效的工作机制和平台。

Abstract:
Rural cultural construction talents are the backbone of the rural revitalization in the new era, mainly involving talents in the aspects of leadership, management, education, science and technology, humanities, and rule of law. These talents can organize the prosperity of rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries in the inheritance of rural culture, thus leading the healthy and civilized development of the entire rural society. In the training of rural cultural construction talents, we should follow the guidance of scientific ideas and build effective working mechanism and platform in mining talents, cultivating talents, supporting talents, and using talents.
