摘要：
作为国家发展的重要战略，雄安新区的设立举世瞩目。在雄安新区的建设中应坚持生态优先、绿色发展，这一过程必然离不开对生态环境的法治保障。因而需要构建完备的法律规范体系为生态文明建设保驾护航，着力推动区域环境协同治理，建立健全河长湖长制度，探索完善的环境公益诉讼制度，以创新的制度体系保障法律实施。广泛运用高科技手段助力环境执法，提高执法效率。早日将雄安新区建设成为绿色生态宜居新城区。
Research on Innovation of Environmental Rule of Law Guarantee in Xiong'an New Area

Abstract:
As an important strategy for national development, the establishment of the Xiong'an New Area has attracted worldwide attention. In the construction of Xiong'an New Area, we should adhere to ecological priority and green development. This process is inseparable from the rule of law guarantee for the ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to build a complete legal norm system to protect the ecological civilization construction, focus on promoting regional environmental synergy; establish and improve the system of governors of rivers and lakes; explore a sound environmental public interest litigation system, and ensure the implementation of laws with an innovative system. It should extensively use high-tech means to help environmental law enforcement and improve law enforcement efficiency. In this way, the Xiong'an New Area will be built into a green and ecologically livable new city as early as possible.
