抗战时期，晋察冀边区监所按照计划并有组织地让犯人参加生产劳动。1938—1944年边区的监所劳动生产工作取得了一定的成绩，在这个过程中，边区监所十分注重加强对犯人的组织与领导，通过生产与教育相结合的方式调动了犯人的生产积极性。晋察冀边区监所在组织犯人进行劳动生产过程中积累了丰富的管理经验，对当时的监狱管理与制度发展具有借鉴意义。
Labor Production Work of the Supervision Center of Jinchaji Border Area during the Anti-Japanese War (1938—1944)

Abstract:
During the Anti-Japanese War, the Jinchaji Border Area Supervision Center organized the prisoners to participate in production labor according to the plan. In 1938-1944, the labor production work of the prisons in the border areas achieved certain results. In this process, the border area supervisors paid great attention to strengthening the organization and leadership of the prisoners, and mobilized the production enthusiasm of the prisoners through the combination of production and education. The Jinchaji Border Area Supervision Center has accumulated rich management experience in the process of labor production, which has reference significance for the management of the prison and the prison system at that time.
