民国时期的河北省立实验乡村民众教育馆述论

摘要：
河北省立实验乡村民众教育馆于1930年2月14日在黄村正式开馆，建馆后便划定实验区，下设阅览部、讲演部、卫生部、游艺部、生计部、出版部等部门。该馆通过发行刊物、健康讲演、开办民众学校、普及文字知识等途径，积极致力于民众教育实践活动，以求达到唤起民众的目标。民国时期，河北省立实验乡村民众教育馆以《乡村民众教育月刊》《乡村民教季刊》等刊物为主要阵地，发表了一系列文章，涉及民众教育、民众健康、民众生计等方面。
On the Experimental Rural Public Education Center of Hebei Province during the Republic of China

Abstract:
The Hebei Provincial Experimental Rural Public Education Center was officially opened in Huangcun Village on February 14, 1930. After the establishment of the center, it has the experimental subdivisions of a reading department, a lecture department, a health department, a recreation department, a livelihood department, and a publishing department. It actively engages in public education and practice activities through its publications, health lectures, the opening of public schools, and the popularization of written knowledge, in order to achieve the goal of arousing people. During the period of the Republic of China, the Hebei Provincial Experimental Rural Public Education Center published a series of articles focusing on the education of the people, the health of the people, and the livelihood of the people, with the publications of the Rural People's Education Monthly and the Rural Folklore Quarterly as the main positions.
