论文化自信之“双向度”发展的方法论

摘要：
文化自信如何从“价值”通向“实证”，必然离不开方法论层面的研究。以“批判式输入”和“超越式输出”为内容的“双向度”文化发展模式，正是文化自信得以实证化的一项方法论。马克思主义法学对自然法学说的“双向度”发展是文化自信方法论得以具象化的实例：在文化输入的意义上，扬弃了法律自然主义观，对“法的本质”进行了新的界定；在文化输出意义上，以三重维度的“法”的评价系统提出了解决当代世界“合法化危机”的中国方案。
On the Methodology of the “Two-way” Development of Cultural Confdence

Abstract:
How cultural confidence leads from "value" to "empirical" is bound to require methodological research. The "two-way" cultural development model with the content of "critical input" and "transcendental output" is a methodology for the empirical identification of cultural self-confidence. The "two-way" development of Marxist jurisprudence on the doctrine of natural law is a concrete example of the methodology of cultural self-confidence:in the sense of cultural input, the concept of legal naturalism is abandoned, and the "essence of law" is newly defined; in the sense of cultural output, the three-dimensional "law" evaluation system proposes a Chinese solution to solve the "legalization crisis" of the contemporary world.
