社会工作助力城市空巢家庭养老的对策研究

摘要：
目前家庭逐渐核心化，空巢期逐渐增长，空巢家庭养老问题日益突出。城市空巢老人养老具有特殊性，社会工作介入城市空巢养老具有必要性和可行性。应进一步推动城市养老问题解决应对机制的专业化进程，重视养老系统的统一设计，加大对城市空巢养老的专项投入和政府购买服务力度，并尝试引入三社联动工作模式。
Research on Countermeasure to Social Work Helping Urban Empty Nest Family Supporting of the Aged

Abstract:
At present, the nuclear family is increasing gradually and the empty nest period is growing. The problem of supporting for the aged of empty nest families is becoming increasingly prominent. Urban empty-nest elderly pension has its particularity, so it is necessary and feasible for social work to intervene in urban empty-nest elderly pension. We should further promote the process of specialization of the coping mechanism to solve the problem of urban pension, pay more attention to the unified design of the pension system, increase the special investment in urban empty nest pension and the government's purchase of services, and try to introduce the "Three-social Linkage" social governance pattern of community building, social organization cultivation and social work modernization system.
