比较视野下城市社区教育发展模式探索

开放大学推进城市社区教育，可以从美国和日本的社区教育模式中得到一些启示。地级市开放大学构建三级社区教育管理体系，有助于促进社区教育的稳步发展。社区教育品牌具有带动效应，能够发挥开放大学系统办学优势，实现社区教育与学历教育的融合。推进社区教育为当地经济文化发展服务，必须立足当地实际，整合辖区各类社会资源，引入志愿者和居民互助教学，并鼓励居民积极参与社区教育全过程。
Exploration on the Development Model of Urban Community Education under the Comparative Perspective

Abstract:
The open university, in promoting the urban community education, can draw some inspiration from the community education mode in the United States and Japan. The establishment of a three-level community education management system of the open universities at the prefecture-level will help promote the steady development of community education. The brand of community education has driving effect, which can give full play to the advantages of the open university system, and achieve the integration of community education and diploma education. To promote community education to serve local economic and cultural development, we must integrate local social resources, introduce volunteers and residents to help each other, and encourage residents to actively participate in the whole process of community education.
