开放教育导学教师智能办公系统的构建研究——以河北广播电视大学开放教育学院为例

摘要：
开放教育导学教师在学生班级的组织管理过程中发挥着重要作用，其管理工作效率的高低直接影响着学习支持服务水平。目前，传统的管理方法已经不再适应信息化社会下导学教师新的需求，因此构建导学教师智能办公系统是必然趋势。利用现代信息技术和网络技术的优势构建导学教师智能办公系统，能够极大地提高导学教师的工作效率和准确率，有效缓解导学教师的工作压力。这对于促进导学教师的管理工作，进而为学生提供更好的学习支持服务具有重要意义。
Research on the Construction of Intelligent Offce System for Guiding Teachers in Open Education——Taking the Open Education Institute of Hebei Radio and TV University as an Example

Abstract:
The guiding teacher of open education plays an important role in the organization and management of classes, and the efficiency of their management directly affects the learning support service. At present, the traditional management is no longer suitable to the new needs of guiding teachers in the information society. It is an inevitable trend to build an intelligent office system for guiding teachers. The advantages of modern information technology and network technology are used to build an intelligent office system for guiding teachers, which can greatly improve the work efficiency and accuracy and alleviate the work pressure of guiding teachers effectively. Therefore, this intelligent office system is of great significance to promote the management work of guiding teachers and provide better learning support services for students.
