文化建设在新农村建设中具有重要意义。当前农村在文化建设方面存在诸多不足。文化"送培下乡"作为一种"培志""培智"的有效手段,必将发挥应有的作用。文化送培重在做好流程设计、内容确定、方式选择、人才组建、效果分析等环节的工作。

Abstract:
Cultural construction is of great significance in the construction of new socialist countryside. However, there are many deficiencies in the field of cultural construction in the current rural areas. As an effective means of "cultivating aspirations" and "cultivating the intelligence", "sending trainers to the countryside" will surely play its due role. Sending cultural training to the countryside focuses on the work of process design, content determination, method selection, talent formation, and effect analysis.
