开放大学思政教育开放策略探微

摘要：
培养什么样的人",是关系到中国特色社会主义事业是否后继有人的大事。开放大学作为承担成人高等教育和继续教育的主体,同样肩负着培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的重大任务。而高校的思政教育则以承担这一任务为直接目标,是高校培养人的特色不可或缺的主渠道。但目前思想政治教育的成效却差强人意,尤其面对国内外各种思潮泉涌般出现,多元价值观的冲击等问题,思政教育走向开放势在必行,是时代要求。实施开放的思政教育,必须打造一支过硬的教师队伍,充分利用现代信息技术和新媒体,建立开放思政大格局,使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成各类课程同时发力、协同育人的范式,真正提升思政教育实效性。
Exploration on Open Strategy of Ideological and Political Education in Open Universities

Abstract:
What kind of people are cultivated is a matter of great concern to whether the socialism with Chinese characteristics will be succeeded or not. As the main undertaker of adult higher education and further education, the Open University also shoulders the important task of training builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The ideological and political education of universities is undertaking this great task, which is the indispensable main channel for cultivating such characteristic of people in universities. At present, results of ideological and political education are not very satisfied, especially in face of situations as domestic and foreign ideological trends emerging and the impact of diverse values.To meet the demand of the times, the ideological and political education must be open. Currently, it is urgent to create a highquality teaching staff to implement the open ideological and political education. They can take advantage of information technology and new media for the establishment of open ideological and political pattern. Ideological and political theory course should be developed with others courses, forming a paradigm of various courses at the same time and coordinating people, and Truely improving the effectireness of ideological and political education.
