摘要：
新时代农村文化阵地建设是系统性工程，对于推进伟大事业、巩固和加强党对农村的全面领导、实施乡村振兴战略、提升农民凝聚力具有重要作用，但在实践中存在着政治意识淡化、缺乏统一规划、认识片面、效果不彰、保障不足等问题。应以党的十九大精神为指导，在政治引领、内容安排、作用发挥、经费筹措等方面进一步提高认识，拓宽思路，扎实推进。

Abstract:
The construction of rural cultural fronts in the new era is a systematic project. It plays an important role in advancing the great cause, consolidating and strengthening the party's overall leadership in the countryside, implementing the rural revitalization strategy, and enhancing the cohesiveness of the peasants. However, in practice, there are problems such as weakening political awareness, lack of unified planning, one-sided understanding, ineffective effects, and inadequate protection. Guided by the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we should further raise awareness, broaden our thinking, and push forward in terms of political leadership, content arrangement, role playing, and fundraising.
