地方高校本科专业人才培养模式改革思路——以保险学专业为例

摘要：
地方高校由于对保险学专业人才培养模式研究不够深入、思路不够清晰等原因,保险学人才培养模式难以满足社会对保险人才需求。必须根据国家和地方经济与社会发展对保险人才的客观需求,对保险学专业的人才培养目标进行准确定位,科学设计培养规格,创新人才培养方案,根据培养目标、培养规格与培养方案选择培养途径并组织实施。
Reform of the Training Mode for Undergraduates in Local Colleges and Universities——Taking Insurance Major as an Example

Abstract:
Currently the training mode of insurance professionals in the colleges and universities can hardly meet the social demand since the local colleges and universities fail to organize a thorough study of training mode or give a clear idea.It is necessary to accurately target the training objectives of insurance professionals in accordance with the objective needs of insurance personnel for national and local economic and social development,to scientifically design and cultivate the specifications,and innovate the talent training program;and choose the cultivation method and organize implementation according to the training objectives,training specifications and training plans.
