京津冀远程教育合作发展的文化基点与服务导向

摘要:
基于地域文化生态的京津冀远程教育区域合作与发展研究,是随着我国的社会经济发展必然遭遇到的一个重大课题。研究这个课题,最重要的是找到三地合作与发展的文化基点和服务导向,建成适应三地社会经济发展需要的远程教育协同发展体制和机制,形成适应京津冀发展战略需要的一体化远程教育教学及其学习支持服务体系,为三地建设学习型社会和全民终身教育体系服务。

Abstract:
The research on cooperation and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei distance education based on regional cultural ecology is a crucial and inevitable topic with our social and economic development.It is priority of the research to find the cultural standpoint and service orientation of these three regions' cooperation and development,to establish the synergetic development system and mechanism of distance education that suits the needs of social and economic development of three regions,as well as the integrative system of distance education teaching and learning support service that adapt to the strategies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development,so as to serve the construction of learning society and civil lifelong education system for the three regions.
