党员意识是党的意识的重要组成部分，是党的意识的个体化显现，更是一种高度的政治自觉，具有层次性。增强党员意识应以"四个意识"为统揽，以强化党纪意识为关键，努力打造和完善增强党员意识的党员之家、党员权利、党内生活、党内关怀、党员训练等有效平台和机制。
On Strengthening the Political Consciousness of the Party Membership and Effective Mechanisms

Abstract:
The awareness of the Party membership is an important part and personalization of the Party consciousness.More importantly,it is a high degree of hierarchical political self-consciousness.To enhance the awareness of the Party membership,we should build and improve platforms and mechanisms such as the home of the Party members,the rights of the Party members,initial life of the Party members,caring in the Party and training of the Party members by using the "four consciousness" as the general guide and strengthening the sense of discipline as central point.
