河北省终身教育实施中的主要问题与对策

摘要：
终身教育立法有效地促进了河北省终身教育活动的开展，但由于理念上的认识以及外部发展环境所限，在推进过程中仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题，主要表现在政策落实不到位、领域发展不均衡、缺乏有力的政府主导和组织机构等。解决当前终身教育发展中的突出问题，需要全社会的重视，需要政府的强力推进，需要专业部门和机构的实施，在法制的框架下聚集各方面的资源，推动终身教育持续有效开展。
Main Problems and Countermeasures in Implementing Lifelong Education in Hebei Province

Abstract:
Lifelong education legislation has effectively promoted the development of lifelong education in our province.But it is limited by the idea of understanding and the external development environment,there are still many problems to be solved in the process of advancing,mainly in areas where the implementation of policies is not in place and the fields are developed unbalanced,lack of strong government leadership and organizational structures.To solve the outstanding problems in the development of lifelong education requires the attention of the whole society and the government's vigorous promotion.It needs the implementation of professional departments and institutions.It should pool all resources in the framework of the rule of law,and promote the continuous and effective development of lifelong education.
