摘要：
变化的国际环境和中国经济形势导致我国经济中存在的问题开始显现出来，很多发达国家的经验表明要保持经济增速中长期稳定增长就要从供给端发力进行改革，我国进行供给侧结构性改革有深刻的理论背景、国际背景和现实背景，同时选择供给侧结构性改革这条路对我国具有重大的历史意义。

Abstract:
The changing international environment and the economic situation in China have led to the emergence of problems in China's economy.The experience of many developed countries shows that the long-term and stable economic growth should be dynamically reformed from the supply side.China's supply-side structural reform has its profound theoretical background,international background and realistic background,while the choice of the road of structural reform on supply side also has great historical significance to our country.
