论思想政治教育在开放大学建设中的作用

摘要：
开放大学作为以成人教育、网络教育、社区教育为主要教育模式的高等院校，新的时代对其提出了新的要求。强化开展思想政治教育，是开放大学建设的必由之路。然而，如何进行思想政治教育，成了摆在我们面前的重要课题。坚持以人为本的教育理念，从学校、教师、学生等主体出发，认识开放大学思想政治的紧迫性和必要性，并针对存在的问题找到解决措施，能够为思想政治教育工作的有序开展提供支持。
Discussion on the Role of Ideological and Political Education Work in the Construction of the Open University

Abstract:
Open universities,as higher learning institutions,whose main education modes are adult education,online education and community education facing new requirements of the new era.One of the inevitable paths for the development of open universities is to strengthen the implementation of ideological and political education.However,it is an essential issue that how we will carry out such a type of education.Measures should be taken on adhering to a human-oriented education philosophy and starting from subjects like universities,teachers and students,conducting an analysis of the urgency and necessity of developing ideological and political education in open universities,combing through the existing problems and brings up corresponding solutions in an attempt to provide some supports to an orderly implementation of ideological and political education.
