摘要：
欧战协济会成立后，中国受邀发起募捐，直隶地区成立了欧战协济会中国直隶筹款部。顺直省议会决议拨省公款十万元，政府机关、学界、商界都相继捐助，直隶各县人民也在县知事和当地士绅的劝导下克服各种困难量力输捐。这次募捐涉及范围广，参与阶层多，宣传力度大，收到了良好的效果，不仅促进了我国慈善事业的发展，更为我国树立了良好的国际形象，增进了国际间的友谊。
A Summary of the Donation for the United War Work Campaign in Zhili Area

Abstract:
After the establishment of the United War Work Campaign,China was invited to initiate donating and established Zhili Committee of the United War Work Campaign.Council of Shunzhi Province adapted the resolution of the provincial public funds to 100,000 yuan.The government agencies,educational circles and commercial circles started fund-raising.All counties in Zhili also overcame various difficulties to donate under the persuasion of the head of the county and the local gentries.The fundraising involves a wide range of participation and various classes of people with great publicity efforts,which receives a good effect,not only promotes the development of China's charity,but also establishes a good international image and enhances the international friendship.
