试析学术期刊改革之问题与出路

摘要：
学术期刊改革必须回归到学术本位,尊重学术和学术期刊的属性和特点。首先,学术的独立自主性规定着学术期刊的办刊品格;其次,学术的专深性导致学术期刊的小众性;再次,学术的非功利性规定着学术期刊的运作方式;最后,学术的创新性是学术期刊可持续发展的支撑和关键。学术期刊须在遵循学术规律的前提下完善自身建设,实现其改革的目的。
Exploration into the Reform of Learned Journals:Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract:
The reform of academic journal must return to the academic standards,respect for attributes and characteristics of academics and academic journals.Firstly,academic independence and autonomy stipulates the quality of academic journals.Secondly,the academic degree of specialization leads to the minority of academic journals.Thirdly,its academic non-profit nature stipulates the operation of academic journals.Finally,academic innovation is the support and key to the sustainable development of academic journals.Academic journals must follow the academic rules under the premise of improving their own construction,thus to achieve the purpose of its reform.
