摘要：
着现代远程教育的崛起,成人高等教育进入超常规的"跨越式"发展时期,成人高等教育的质量成为国家和社会普遍关注的问题。成人高等教育质量下降的原因是多方面的,只有把它放在多维度上加以分析,从各维度上找出问题所在,从体制机制上营造质量保障的大环境,从法律、行政和经济约束上促使办学主体不断完善,才能建立适合中国国情的、多层次、全方位的成人高等教育质量保障体系,有效推动成人高等教育健康发展。
Research and Reflection on the Quality of Adult Higher Education

Abstract:
With the rise of modern distance education,adult higher education has entered its supernor-mal and "great-leap-forward" developing period.Its quality has caused extensive concern of the national government and the whole society.The cause of quality deterioration involves many aspects.Analysis ought to be multi-dimensional to find problems at every aspect,creating a quality assurance environment from the institutional mechanisms,promoting the continuous improvement of the main school body from the legal,administrative and economic constraints.Only in this way can it establish a multi-level and all-round quality assurance system and effectively promote a healthy development of adult higher education
