开放大学专业及课程体系建设的思考

摘要：
开放大学要遵循远程教育规律，以开放、全纳、包容、服务为核心理念，以学习者为中心，构建学习对象、学习地点、学习方法和学习过程全方位开放的专业及课程体系。课程体系建设是专业建设的核心支撑，开放大学的课程体系建设应以课程开放和完全学分制为切入点，以满足社会经济发展对人才的需求为前提条件，通过积累整合优质教育资源、高素质炜资队伍建设、合理的制度建设等路径，保障开放大学协调有序可持续发展，力争在"有教无类"的基础上实现"因材施教"。
Thoughts on the Construction of Program and Curriculum System of the Open University

Abstract:
The open university should follow the law of distance education and take opening,inclusive-ness and service as its core concept.It should take learners as center and construct the program and curric-ulum system with learning place,learning method and learning process fully open to learners.The con-struction of curriculum system is the core support of program construction.The construction of curriculum system of the open university should take curriculum opening and complete credit system as its starting point and the talent needs of social and economic development as its prerequisite.The open university can guarantee its coordinated and sustainable development and strive to achieve "teaching students in accord-ance with their aptitude "on the basis of "education for all" through the accumulation of integration of high quality educational resources,the construction of high-quality teachers team and the construction of rea-sonable system.
