司法行政文化体现出司法行政队伍这一群体在工作理念、精神追求、价值目标和行为准则等方面具有共同的特征。司法行政文化建设应立足司法行政特色，努力做到以人为本、循序渐进。目前，司法行政文化建设中存在很多问题，对此首先应该明确定位，树立先进文化的理念，加强基础设施和阵地建设，丰富职工的精神文化生活，拓展文化传播渠道，借助多方面的力量，努力形成合力共建的美好局面。
The Judicial Administrative Culture and the Construction Path

Abstract:
The judicial administrative culture embodies the common characteristics in the work idea, spiritual pursuit,value goal and the behavior standards of the justice administrative team.The construe-tion of judicial administrative culture should,based on the characteristics of the judicial administration, strive to achieve people-oriented situation step by step.At present,a lot of problems exist in the construc-tion of the administrative culture.It should first make a clear positioning,establish the concept of ad-vanced culture,strengthen the construction of infrastructure and position,enrich spirit and cultural life of the staff,expand the channels of cultural transmission,with the help of multiple aspects of strength,take concerted efforts to build a better situation.
