南非大学教师与学生发展的特征与启示

摘要:
随着远程教育机构的发展壮大,如何打造教师团队和管理学生群体越来越为学者们所重视。通过对南非大学师生特征的数据整理,可以发现南非大学国际地位的提高与学校对教师的支持和对学生的关怀程度密切相关。特征分析的结论表明,南非大学"开放"公平"的胸怀视角、"种类多样""管理过硬"的证书体系、"学而择其业""学而谋其途"的就业导向能够为我国远程教育机构提供良好的范式和借鉴。

Features and Implications of Teachers and Students' Development of University of South Africa

Abstract:
With the development and expansion of the ODL institutions,how to build a good team of teachers and manage well of the students are increasingly valued by the researchers.Through the data a-nalysis and literature review on University of South Africa(Unisa),the study finds that its increasing in-ternational status iS closely related with the development of teachers and student-centered actions.The resuit of the feature analysis shows that their perspective of open and fairness,species diversity and excellent management of the certificate system, career-orientated learning modes as employment.guide provides a good paradigm and reference for our distance education institutions.
