现代远程教育公共服务体系建设的实践与探索——以河北省奥鹏管理中心为例

摘要：
现代远程教育公共服务体系在河北省近十年的建设和发展中，创新管理模式，形成了大规模的客户群，社会影响力不断增强。同时，对公共服务体系认识不够清晰，运行激励机制尚未健全，地区间发展不平衡等问题依然存在。应通过转变思维模式，改变学习中心职能，加强全面合作等举措进一步推动公共服务体系在河北的健康发展。
Practice and Exploration on the Construction of Public Service System in Modern Distance Education——The Case of Hebei OPEN Management Center

Abstract:
For the past ten years of construction and development,the public service system of modern distance education in Hebei province has innovated management mode and formed a large customer base.The social influence has increased gradually.There are still some problems,such as the understanding of the public service system not clear,operational motivation mechanism not fully developed,and uneven development between regions.Therefore,a healthy development of public service system in Hebei province should be further promoted by measures of transforming the thinking mode,changing the learning center functions and strengthening all-round cooperation.
