终身教育体系下远程学习平台建设研究

摘要：
我国远程学习平台的建设大致经历了初步启动、完善发展和改革创新三个发展阶段。目前,国内的远程学习平台由于其需求、用途及技术水平不同等,主要存在五种类型。河北广播电视大学根据其办学实际及发展方向,在总结和分析目前各类远程学习平台的基础上,开展了多个远程学习平台建设的实践与探索,并在终身教育体系构建框架下,提出逐步建设终身教育公共服务平台的建设架构及实现路径。
Research on the Construction of Distance Learning Platform under Lifelong Education System

Abstract:
Construction of distance learning platform has gone through three stages of development:the initial startup。improvement and innovation.The current domestic distance learning platform exists mainly in five types.due tO different needs,uses and technicallevels.Hebei Radio and TV University,in accordance with its actual situation and orientation,carries out practical exploration in building several dis-tance learning platforms on the basis of summary and analysis of various types of distance learning plat-forms.It proposes the building structure and implementation approaches for a gradual construction of pub-lic service platform for lifelong education under the framework of lifelong education system.
