“岗课赛证”融通:高职“双师型”教师培育体系创新

摘要:
“岗课赛证”综合育人模式是职业教育持续推进产教融合的产物。在剖析“岗课赛证”融通对“双师型”教师专业能力提出的新要求基础上,提出构建以岗位为导向、以课程为核心、以竞赛为动力、以证书为支撑的四位一体双师培育体系,即基于岗位需求,通过推进教师企业实践、引进产业导师提升教师专业实践能力;融合各类要素,从课程标准、教学内容、教学载体创新深化课程改革,提升教师教学创新能力;赛教融合,借助教师参与竞赛、将竞赛标准融入教学及完善竞赛机制驱动教师专业成长;证课融通,搭建平台、融入证书考核内容、创新教学资源,以证书导向认证教师技能。

Integration of “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate”: Innovation of the Training System for “Dual-Qualified” Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
The integrated education model of “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate” is an important achievement of industry-education integration in vocational education. After analyzing the new requirements for the professional competence of “dual-qualified” teachers, this paper proposes a four-in-one training system “centered on posts, focused on curricula, driven by competitions, and supported by certificates”, which strengthens teachers' practical capabilities by promoting their enterprise practice and introducing post-aligned industrial mentors, enhances their teaching innovation by deepening curriculum reform—optimizing curriculum standards, teaching content, and teaching carriers—through multi-element integration, drives their professional growth via competition-teaching integration, where teachers participate in competitions, embed competition standards into teaching, and refine competition mechanisms, and certify their skills through certificate-curriculum integration by building platforms, incorporating certificate assessment content, and innovating teaching resources, all guided by certificate requirements.
