乡村振兴战略下高职院校社会服务能力提升的实践路径——基于河北省12所院校的实证调查

摘要：
高等职业教育在乡村振兴中肩负着新的历史使命，是推动农业转型升级、特色产业兴旺的重要引擎。总体来看，河北省高职院校服务乡村振兴已经形成了一定的规模效应，具有鲜明的区域特色，为服务区域乡村振兴做出了积极贡献。通过产业赋能，构建河北省“校政行企村”五位一体命运共同体；技术赋能，打造高职院校赋能县域产业集群实践基地；人才赋能，培养乡村振兴需要的高素质技能人才；文化赋能，丰富农村文化服务和产品供给；生态赋能，提升乡村人居环境水平等五个方面的建设路径，提高河北省高职院校服务乡村振兴这一时代使命的整体性水平。
Practical Paths for Enhancing the Social Service Capabilities of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Rural Revitalization Strategy——An Empirical Investigation in 12 Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

Abstract:
In the new era, higher vocational education undertakes a new historical mission in the revitalization of rural areas, and has become an important driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and the prosperity of characteristic industries. Overall, in serving the revitalization of rural areas, higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province have made positive contributions, with distinct regional characteristics. The improvement of the overall level of Hebei Province's higher vocational colleges in serving the historical mission of rural revitalization can be achieved through five paths: empowerment through industry, which constructs a “school-government-industry-enterprise-village” five-in-one community of shared destiny in Hebei Province; empowerment through technology, which establishes practice bases for higher vocational colleges to empower county-level industrial clusters; empowerment through talent, which cultivates high-quality skilled personnel needed for rural revitalization; empowerment through culture, which enriches the supply of rural cultural services and products; and empowerment through ecology, which enhances the quality of rural living environments.
