人力资本视域下老年教育赋能银发经济的理论解构

摘要：
老龄化社会的到来催生了银发经济，并成为新的经济增长点。而人力资本是剖析老年教育与银发经济发展之间关系的主要切入点，老年人通过接受教育获得的人力资本是其晚年幸福生活的保障，更是促进银发经济繁荣发展的重要基础。依据经典的人力资本理论及其扩展概念，分析老年教育促进老有所为的动力机制、内在机理以及实践逻辑，厘清现阶段我国老年教育发展过程中存在的人力资源培育不足等问题，并从提升老年教育水平以增加人力资本储备及健全联动体制等方面，促进老年教育与银发经济发展相融合的理论设想。老年教育对银发经济的赋能本质是人力资本价值转化的过程，从健康人力资本、技能人力资本、社会资本三个维度构建多元赋能体系，为应对人口老龄化、激活银发经济潜力提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Theoretical Deconstruction of Elderly Education's Empowerment to the Silver Economy from the Perspective of Human Capital

Abstract:
The advent of an aging society has given rise to the silver economy, a new economic growth driver. Human capital serves as the primary lens for analyzing the relationship between elderly education and the silver economy. The human capital acquired by the seniors through education not only ensures their well-being in later years but also forms a crucial foundation for the prosperity of the silver economy. Drawing on classical human capital theory and its extended concepts, this study examines the motivational mechanisms, internal logic and practical approaches of elderly education in fostering productive aging. It identifies current challenges in China's elderly education development, like insufficient human resource cultivation, and proposes theoretical frameworks to integrate elderly education with the silver economy through enhancing educational quality to build human capital reserves and improving collaborative systems. The essence of elderly education's empowerment to the silver economy lies in the transformation of human capital value. By constructing a multi-dimensional empowerment system encompassing health capital, skill capital and social capital, this research provides theoretical support and practical references for addressing population aging and unlocking the potential of the silver economy.
