基层党组织铸牢中华民族共同体意识的领导力作用机制

摘要：
我国当前正处在实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键阶段，铸牢中华民族共同体意识对维护国家统一、促进民族团结而言，既有着深远的历史意义，也具备现实必要性。作为党在基层社会的战斗堡垒，基层党组织肩负着引领各族群众强化中华民族共同体认同的重要使命。基层党组织借助完善组织体系、创新工作机制、优化资源配置、深化文化浸润等多种途径，可有效提升各族群众的归属感与向心力，进而促成各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的良好态势。加强基层党组织领导力建设是新时代党的民族工作高质量发展的重要保障，需要从制度建设、队伍建设、载体建设等多个层面协同推进。
The Mechanism of Grassroots Party Organizations’ Leadership in Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

Abstract:
China is currently at a critical stage in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation holds profound historical significance and practical necessity for maintaining national unity and promoting ethnic solidarity. As the Party’s frontline bastions in grassroots communities, grassroots Party organizations shoulder the crucial mission of guiding people of all ethnic groups to strengthen their identification with the Chinese national community. By improving organizational structures, innovating working mechanisms, optimizing resource allocation, and deepening cultural integration, grassroots Party organizations can effectively enhance people’s sense of belonging and cohesion across ethnicities, thereby promoting a favorable momentum of joint efforts and shared prosperity among all ethnic groups. Strengthening the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations serves as a vital guarantee for high-quality development in the Party’s ethnic affairs in the new era, which requires coordinated advancement through institutional development, team building, and platform construction.
