在数字经济时代的背景下，思政教育与数字经济深度融合成为推动优质就业的重要路径。思政教育承担着价值引领与品德塑造功能，为数字经济发展提供精神动力与人才支撑，数字经济发展对从业者综合素质提出更高要求，需要思政教育给予价值导向与能力培养。融合机制借助全过程育人、技术赋能及协同推进等方式，有效提升了人才培养的整体质量，核心要素包含数字素养与思想品德协同培养、创新能力与职业精神一体化塑造、综合素质全面提升等维度，具体措施涉及课程体系建设与实践基地构建、师资队伍完善及服务支撑体系健全等方面。
The Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Digital Economy: An Innovative Approach to High-Quality Employment

Abstract:
In the context of digital economy, the deep integration of ideological and political education with digital economy has become a crucial pathway to promote high-quality employment. Ideological and political education performs the functions of value guidance and moral cultivation and provides spiritual impetus and talent support to digital economic development. Digital economy imposes higher demands on practitioners’ comprehensive qualities, and needs value guidance and capability development through ideological and political education. By adopting mechanisms such as whole-process education, technological empowerment and collaborative advancement, the integration effectively enhances the overall quality of talent cultivation. Core elements include coordinated development of digital literacy and moral character, integrated shaping of innovation capabilities and professional spirit, and comprehensive improvement of overall competencies. Specific measures involve curriculum system construction, practice base establishment, faculty team building and service support system optimization.
