职继融通赋能乡村振兴:时代价值、现实困境与优化路径

摘要:
教育服务乡村振兴战略是我国解决“三农”问题的关键路径。作为现代教育体系的关键组成部分,职业教育与继续教育通过构建职继融通协同机制,能够有效纾解乡村人力资本困境,驱动特色产业迭代升级,促进教育公平与社会流动、提升乡村治理效能。深入分析职继融通赋能乡村振兴的现实困境,主要表现在制度性障碍、实践性矛盾和认知性偏差。从具体实践层面来看,应加强职继融通的顶层设计,完善制度建设;强化需求导向的育人模式,提升教育供给的有效性和针对性;构建多元共生的教育生态体系,打破认知偏见;通过数智赋能,提升职继融通服务乡村振兴的效能。
Empowering Rural Revitalization through Integration of Vocational and Continuing Education: Contemporary Value, Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Pathways

Abstract:
The strategy of educational services for rural revitalization serves as a pivotal approach to addressing China’s “three rural issues” (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers). As critical components of the modern education system, vocational education and continuing education can effectively resolve human capital dilemmas in rural areas, drive iterative upgrades of specialized industries, promote educational equity and social mobility, and enhance rural governance efficacy through a synergistic integration mechanism. An in-depth analysis reveals that the current challenges that hinder the empowerment process are institutional barriers, practical contradictions and cognitive biases. At the practical level, it is essential to strengthen top-level design and institutional frameworks for the integration refine demand-oriented talent cultivation models to improve the relevance and effectiveness of educational provision, construct a diverse and symbiotic educational ecosystem to overcome cognitive prejudices, and enhance the efficiency of vocational-continuing education integration in rural revitalization by empowerment of digital-intelligence.
