乡村振兴战略背景下河南省农村老年教育的发展策略

摘要：
老年教育作为乡村文化振兴的有机组成部分，不仅是促进乡村产业、人才、生态、组织全面振兴的重要力量，也是满足老年人精神文化需求、积极应对人口老龄化的有力举措。河南省城市老年教育发展已久，相比之下农村老年教育发展较为缓慢，面临着教育观念滞后、教学内容单一、基础设施建设薄弱以及师资力量匮乏等多重困境。着眼于未来农村老年教育的发展方向，应通过更新教育理念、优化课程设计、构建高质量基建体系、多渠道充实教师队伍等方式全方位提升河南省老年教育质量，更好地为乡村全面振兴提供坚实支撑。
Development Strategy for Rural Elderly Education in Henan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
As an integral part of rural cultural revitalization, elderly education is not only an important force in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural industries, talents, ecology, and organizations, but also a powerful measure to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and actively respond to population aging. While elderly education in urban areas of Henan Province has been long-established, it is making relatively slow progress in rural areas, facing multiple challenges such as outdated educational concepts, monotonous teaching content, inadequate infrastructure construction, and a shortage of teaching staff. Focusing on the future development direction of elderly education in rural areas, we should comprehensively improve the quality of elderly education in Henan Province through updating educational concepts, optimizing curriculum design, building high-quality infrastructure system, and building teacher teams through multiple channels, so as to provide a solid support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
