基于社会教育的长城文化资源数字化保护组态路径——以“云游长城”为例

以“云游万里长城”小程序为案例,通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对271份青年用户问卷数据进行分析,揭示了文化遗产游戏化对社会教育效果的影响路径与机制,构建了基于社会教育的长城文化资源数字化保护组态路径。形成高社会教育效果的三条关键组态路径,即全面体验增强型、情感依恋驱动型及记忆唤醒重温型,均以游戏机制、游戏美感、感知易用性与临场感等为核心要素;非高社会教育效果主要由全面体验缺乏型和虚拟体验失衡型两类路径引发,共同点在于游戏美感感知的缺失;高与非高社会教育效果的实现机制呈现不对称性,即促进社会教育效果产生与抑制社会教育效果提升的因素并不相同。
Configuration Path of Digital Protection of Great Wall Cultural Resources Based on Social Education——Taking “Yunyou the Great Wall” As an Example

Abstract:
Taking the mini program “Yunyou the Great Wall” as an example, the study analyzes the data of 271 questionnaires of young users through fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), reveals the path and mechanism of the influence of gamification of cultural heritage on the social education effect, and constructs the configuration path of digital protection of the Great Wall cultural resources based on social education. Three key configuration paths to form a high social education effect: comprehensive experience enhancement, emotional attachment drive and memory awakening and reliving, all of which take game mechanism, game aesthetic feeling, perceived ease of use and presence as core elements; The effect of non-high social education is mainly caused by two paths: the lack of comprehensive experience and the imbalance of virtual experience. The common point is the lack of aesthetic perception of games. The realization mechanism of high and non-high social education effect is asymmetric, that is, the factors that promote the social education effect and inhibit the improvement of social education effect are not the same.
