系统观视域下高校实践育人共同体的价值意蕴与建设路径

摘要：
实践育人共同体是新时代深化产教融合的重要载体，其核心在于通过高校、政府、企业、社会等多维度主体的紧密协同，为促进技术创新和产业发展提供人才支撑。基于马克思主义系统观视域，高校构建实践育人共同体需要探索党建引领凝聚价值认同、整合资源搭建合作平台、激发活力确保长效发展等路径，推动实践育人从“各自为战”转向“协同共进”的生态模式，推动高校实践育人共同体建设实现系统化集成。

Abstract:
The practice-oriented talent cultivation community is an important vehicle for deepening the integration of industry and education in the new era. Its core lies in the close cooperation of multiple stakeholders, including colleges, governments, enterprises and society, to provide talent support for technological innovation and industrial development. From the Marxist systems perspective, the construction of a practice-oriented talent cultivation community in colleges requires exploring pathways such as the Party building leadership to consolidate value consensus, integrating resources to build cooperative platforms, and stimulating vitality to ensure sustainable development. This can shift practice-oriented talent cultivation from a “fragmented” approach to a “collaborative” ecological model and achieve systematic integration in the construction of college practice-oriented talent cultivation communities.
