开放教育理念下创新创业人才培养模式的构建

摘要：
当今时代，科技高速发展、产业深度重塑，社会对创新创业人才的需求不断攀升。开放教育作为一种以学习者为中心、突出资源共享和学习自主性的教育模式，为创新创业人才的培育提供了新的理念与范式。基于开放教育在创新创业人才培养中的价值意义，从搭建多维协同的培养机制、打造开放共享的课程体系、强化实践导向的教学模式、深化产教融合的育人平台、优化评估反馈的支持机制等维度构建人才培养的关键路径，可以为面向未来的创新创业人才培养提供系统化的理论支撑与实践指南。
Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Training Mode under the Concept of Open Education

Abstract:
Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology and the deep reshaping of industry, the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in society is rising. As a learner-centered education model, open education highlights resource sharing and learning autonomy, which provides a new concept and paradigm for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Based on the value of open education in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the key path of talent cultivation can be constructed from the following dimensions: building a multi-dimensional collaborative training mechanism, building an open and shared curriculum system, strengthening the practice-oriented teaching mode, deepening the education platform of integration of production and education, and optimizing the support mechanism of evaluation and feedback, which can provide systematic theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents facing the future.
