乡村振兴背景下开放教育培养模式的完善

摘要：
随着乡村振兴战略深入推进，开放教育在培养农村所需人才方面的作用愈发重要。作为农村教育的重要组成部分，其培养模式完善对农村人才培养及经济社会发展意义重大。当前，开放教育培养模式在助力乡村振兴过程中面临资源配置欠合理、实践教学环节薄弱、师资力量有待加强等问题。为此，提出有效改进措施，包括优化资源配置、精准对接农村需求设置专业、强化实践教学体系、推动产学研深度协同、加强师资队伍建设以及加大政策扶持力度等，以提升开放教育培养模式的质量，为乡村振兴提供坚实的人才支撑。
Perfection of Open Education Training Mode under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, open education is playing an increasingly vital role in cultivating talents needed for rural areas. As an important part of rural education, the refinement of its training mode holds great significance for rural talent development and economic and social advancement. Currently, the training mode of open education encounters problems such as unreasonable resource allocation, a weak practical teaching component and inadequate faculty strength in the process of facilitating rural revitalization. To address these problems, effective improvement measures are proposed, including optimizing resource allocation and major settings, enhancing practical teaching, promoting the in-depth integration of industry, teaching and research, strengthening the teacher team construction, and intensifying policy support, so as to elevate the quality of the open education training mode and provide a strong talent guarantee for rural revitalization.
