供需适配理论视域下老年教育特色课程建设策略

摘要：
基于供需适配理论，当前老年教育课程存在内容单一、与需求脱节、资源配置不均等问题，严重制约其发展。通过对供需适配理论框架下的需求侧和供给侧分析，以及供需矛盾诊断，分析和梳理供需适配性不足的原因，并据此提出老年教育特色课程的建设策略，包括坚持需求导向的课程开发原则、挖掘和建设特色课程内容、创新灵活的供给模式、构建完善的保障机制等。
Research on the Construction of Characteristic Courses in Elderly Education under the Perspective of Supply-Demand Fit Theory

Abstract:
Based on the supply-demand fit theory, the current elderly education courses face problems such as a single content, disconnection from actual needs, and uneven resource allocation, which severely restricts their development. Through the analysis of the demand side and the supply side under the framework of supply-demand fit theory, as well as the diagnosis of supply-demand contradictions, the tudy identifies the reasons for the insufficient fit between supply and demand. It further proposes strategies for the construction of characteristic courses in elderly education, including adhering to demand-oriented course development principles, exploring and building characteristic course content, innovating flexible supply models, and establishing comprehensive support mechanisms.
